Know a budget place to stay in Puerto Plata?

2 volunteer performers, touring Schools for the deaf around the DR, looking for budget accommodation in Puerto Plata for Monday March 24. We will be arriving by plane in the afternoon and leaving for Santiago Tuesday 25 afternoon.
Hot water would be nice but not essential.

Hey you can contact me and you never know possibly stay with me for the night!
I will be doing some volunteer work in the campos (country in the D.R and possibly in Haiti). So I know the volunteer budget.
I live in downtown Puerta Plata and took sign language lessons back home years ago and would love to meet you both. I had always wanted to be a teacher for the hearing impared. So what you are doing sounds so cool.
