Name Brand Items

How difficult is it to buy brand name items in the DR. Items such as Levi shorts or New Balance tennis shoes ( examples). I am going to spend six monthes in Cabarete starting in July. Will I have to go to Santiago or can I find brand name items closer to Cabarete?

Nearly impossible in Cabarete.
Levi's brand, maybe. Authentic, perhaps.
New Balance, I doubt.

All are most likely cheaper to bring with you than to buy here.

You will have to buy Knock Offs.......brand names ie Burger King , use local beef ......Enjoy !

Buy all the kool clothing you want before coming.
It will cost you less, be easier to find where you now live, and your selection will be far greater.
