Lightbulb Need Lease To Own Lg. Villa 2,3,4 Bedroom

Hello All,

My wife and I are very serious about finding a nice and spacious 2,3 or 4 bedroom villa with a long-term lease to own arrangement in Sosusa, Cabrete or surrounding areas. We are permanent DR resdients and live in Sosusa in a large condo and we relocated from Miami 4 months ago so we are quite used to the environment. We are business owners, in our late 30's and are a professional couple with no kids.

Although we have a great ocean view, we have no yard and we miss it.

The ideal situation will be with a current owner or owner representative who would be willing to entertain as long-term private lease to own situation as follows:

Fairly new/spacious - move in condition 2, 3, or 4 BR Villa, furnished, fenced yard, pool, gated community with good security, inverter, ac in bedrooms ( or at least the master ), cable tv, pet friendly ( 1 dog ), maid/gardner service weekly ( if possible ), phone line ( we will transfer our existing codotel service for phone and flash DSL), modern kitchen and appliances, nice balcony and view if possible.

Budget - Up To $1,400 Per Month Plus Electric - Long Term ( 12 Mos Plus ) With A Portion or All To Be Applied to The Purchase To Be Financed By The Owner.

Timeframe - Now.

We are willing to work with any agents or owners directly and would even consider paying a finders fee to a private party if they knew of a property owner that would work with us in regards to an immediate long-term lease to own situation.

Thank You.

Be very cautious of some of the PM's and emails you get via this board. I strongly suggest you ask for referrals and feedback from posters that have dealt with reputable agents, realtor's, people etc.

Actually...

I suggest if someone contacts you via this board, that you post their details so we can confirm they are 100% legit and recommend by those of us that live here and know who's who.

No we are not. Should we be? Is there an alternate situations wanted section?
We were considering putting up a banner within the RE section to help us in our search as we are having a difficult time in finding someone to work with us on a lease to own basis. Any advice would be appreciated.

Default Blank thread here

Sorry Robert for my second attempt to help this poster out. I am not "trolling" this website looking for business.
They are looking for a place NOW. In the meantime valuable time is being eaten up because you are deleting my messages.
No I am not a current advertiser on DR1, isn't this what you warned the poster about? Taking solicitated offers from money seeking scammers?
I know of a place that poster may be interested in looking at, thats all. This is information that may help them. My intentions are worthy.

I think I qualify for this broad range of posters inquiry.

Now... your post is fine. That's why it's sometimes better to post than PM people.

We are just doing our job and making sure everyone plays by the rules.
