Casino/After One update

i got a friend here who has some questions:
so, what's new with the casino and disco ?? is the casino a part of Sosua Bay (hope that's not a dumb question but in the DR you never know) and if so is Sosua Bay offering any perks at the casino for patrons of the hotel ? is there a possibility of sosua Bay becoming girl friendly to help generate business for the hotel/casino combo.

I don't think the casino is open...just the nightclub. And I highly doubt SB will change their guest policies to increase casino business....

thanks...clubs/bars/discos never seem to get many comments on here. some of us are still young at heart to go out

The new casino is temporarily open in a small room in front of the Sosua Bay hotel, I was there in May and I believe there were two blackjack tables and a few slots. I suspect it was only opened to allow them to have the After One nightclub which has to be attached to a casino to get around the drinking hour regulations.

Not sure of the status of the main casino but I did notice what looked like some roof top AC units waiting to be installed.
