Unlike how Kyle sees it, I think that email works best.
I will not take reservations by phone at our hotel, as there are too many possibilities of a mix up, I said, you said, I thought you said, etc.
Printed in B & W in an email, makes for no mistakes.
So if you have special requirements, like AC, pool, wifi, location, price, etc, please advise and I'll see what I can do.
