Lightbulb Frustrated ( green pool )

Help, I'm doing everything right chemical wise, but after 3 months my pool is full of algae, doesn't seem like the filter works properly. System is 6 months old and I've had enough. Need a good pool person to set it up properly. I'm in Sosua
Thanks
Hicksy

Would like to hear what corrective action is taken. I've noticed a little green shine on ocasion in our pool but a little algae chemical seems to corret the problem rather quickly. Also do you use the HTH Pool Care Web site inputing you values and adding chemicals as it suggest? Good luck Phil

Our pool went pondlike, too, even welcomed a frog or too(Marco, do not insert a Quebec joke) and it was determined the previous administrator had put the wrong type of sand in the filter. The sand was changed & the chemicals now work properly. This may be your problem as well.
