Default Where to stay in Cabarete

Hello, I am planning on going to cabarete with a friend, and until now we were thinking of doing the all inclusive thing. After reading around for a bit it seems that those cater more to families and couples, whereas we are two single men in our early 20s. Could anyone recommend a very nice and lively hotel to me? Things that are important: safety, a lively place with many young people. easy beach access and watersports, near to clubs and bars, and cleanliness. We are trying to have a lot of fun and spend our days on the water and nights partying, I think we would get bored in a more resetful atmosphere (a reason to avoid the AI resorts?). Please let me know what you guys think in terms of where to stay, and whether cabarete is this right place. Thanks.
