according to this little summary on their website we can determine:
Playa Magante which is right as you leave the little village of La Yagua.
so somewhere in that vicinity? does that help? from reading this it is on the way to Samana [looks like before the towns of Rio San Juan and Nagua]
i will check it out on my trip to DR and see what the hype is all about!
