Chances are it'll be the same as every November: cooler & less humidity than September/early October, in other words, a pleasant temperature. It is still hurricane season in November so the possibility exists although historically most have been in September. Mosquitos are not seasonal so yes they will still be here. If you want a more specific forecast I'll be a while hunting my crystal ball...........even longer if I need to locate Toronto, DR, first .
