Mexican Train Dominoes - Sosua

The weekly Mexican Train Dominoes game held to raise money for Sosua Kids will recommence this Thursday (22nd July) at 2.00pm there is a change of venue to THE JOLLY ROGER.
Contribution to play 100 pesos per person, all funds go directly to Sosua Kids. A couple of our regular players have had to drop out due to time pressures or not being in the country!!
New Players very welcome. The game is easy to play and a lot of fun.

This season's play has been suspended until a few core regular players return to the DR from the North. Will keep you posted about a new start-up date, which we hope will be in NOVEMBER.

Incidentally, the rules circulated by jrhartley are not exactly the same as those we have developed in Sosua, particularly at the start of the game. But it's easy to adapt and enjoy the game which, whatever the details of the game rules, is always fun.

Remember that all income from entry fees goes to Sosua Kids

I'm delighted to hear it'll start up again. I'm looking forward. Please either post or PM me starting date in November. I'll be there! Been playing in the States too. Several people have different rules too.

Mexican Train Dominoes in support of Sosua Kids starts again this Thursday 12 November now that we have enough regular players to ensure that games can go ahead. New players are always welcome! The games are on Thursdays from 2.00pm at The Jolly Roger, Sosua. The weekly entry fee of 100 pesos goes entirely to support the local charity Sosua Kids.
