Does anyone know if Sosua Bay Grand Casino has opened, i thought Grand opening was October 24, 09 also is it a Casino and Hotel in one unit (building) and are they Guest (girl) friendly?

Yes, it opened last night. Judging from the age of some of the young ladies there, they are very friendly. Just bring money. I don't think you'll leave with it.
That is correct the hotel is NOT guest friendly unless you register your guest for the length of your stay and pay for her/him for the stay. They get to wear a wrist band just like the rest of the guests.

ok good deal as far as quality what would come next as far as rooms, location to action, beach, and of course guest. this is my first visit to the DR. I went to Bali in April and the majority were GF.
