Didn't read your links, Lambada, but I have an inkling there might be some other maneuvers not mentioned.....
As I was leaving my home early this morning, I saw many military at a nearby house. They were unloading a truck. Leaving the main gate, I asked the security guard what they were doing. The security guard replied that they are here preparing for a little party to be held later on......
So..... are the "maneuvers" an excuse for a fiesta or is the fiesta an excuse for the "maneuvers?"
