Default Christmas time parties in Samana Peninsula??
I will be staying with my wife in las Terrenas during Christmas time. Does anyone know of any "special Christmas Celebrations" that take place in that area? What are some hot places to check out? Can one pay for a Merengue or Bachata band to serenate their loeved one?

Also, where is the best place to find fresh roses for sale down there, are thery expensive? I want to surprise her.Thanks
