Satellite images of samana province

spent some time this week on Google's NASA images of samana. unbelievable how it's getting built up - especially around las terrenas. amount of beaches along that coast is astounding. el catey airport is blocked out though everything around it one can bore down to see. i guess that's for security reasons???

anyway, have a look. quite amazing stuff!

Hmm, I have used Google earth and pretty much anything immediately South and West of Coson is covered by clouds and not as high quality of images. Are you only talking about the airport area?

i was able to bore down to 2nd closest level. try starting at tip of peninsula then bore down, following coast to where you want to go. i only get blocked out where el catey airport is between sanchez and nagua along the north coast.
