New Commercial Development in downtown Samana

There is a large commercial project being built along the harbor drive in downtown Samana that looks like retail space.

Does anyone know the developer/rental agent? I didn't look for them while there last week, but need some info now. I heard it's by the same Spanish group who have the large hotel, and the hotel on Cayo Levantado, but can't confirm.
