don't know this samana judge or the judge's decisions, but i do know that enough bad people with money have escaped the hands of justice over the years. let's hope that there's a little continuation in the house cleaning.
Having had dealings before the Samana judge in question in a labor case some years ago my only comment is why it took so long. Hopefully this is just a start of some much-needed reform in Samana's judicial proceedings.
