might be something to consider: DR1 approaching Dominican Tourism Dept to suggest a reward, of say $10k, for "best" video on dominican scenery, people etc. nothing like free (reward aside) publicity. DR1 could make separate forum with links to youtube etc. and whichever video via DR1 thread received the most hits would win. DR1 would benefit by having alot more hits.
