Me and my boyfriend are going to Samana (Gran Bahia Principe Cayacoa) and wanted to know what are the most wonderful natural beauty sights to see!


What are your personal favourites? I can’t wait to go then come back and write about all the brilliant things I’ve done and seen…

My all-time favorite is Playa Rincon, a few kilometers before Las Galeras. The road is a bit difficult, but the view of the beach is impressive.
Don't be afraid to go all the way to the right of the beach, the water is more quiet and turquoise there.

The "Playita beach" (ask for it in Las Galeras as it is tricky to find) is also wonderful and the water is shallow. That's your best bet in Samana

Be sure to head over the mountains from Sanches to Las Terrenas. Go to the restaurants in town and the beaches at Playa Bellenas, Playa Bonita and Coson. They are absolutely beautiful.
