Unsubstantiated Rumor
Friend of mine who reads a French forum for Las Terrenas said a couple police officers robbed a woman last week, shot her in the foot, then went to rob a hotel (don't remember which hotel).
However, while they were robbing the hotel, they were captured on video (wearing their uniforms and everything!). Can anyone confirm or deny this rumor?
Let's hope with video evidence the ladrones with badges stuff comes to a screeching halt . . .
