nagua lookin for a rental !!

spendin 6 months in nagua area and lookin for a furnished home to rent in a secure setting, safety a concern....ive been told an average range of dp prices per month..and looking for any feed back here on a price range from the folks here....lets say 2bedroom one bath , or 2 bedroom 2 bath...any info appreciated thanx

Why Nagua? (the Gary, IN of the DR). Not very interesting for most Gringos, but to each his own. Rentals should run between $5,000-$9,000 pesos/mo for a furnished 2bd/2ba home in a decent area (if that exist in Nagua). Perhaps you may wish to drive a bit further to the West and find a nice place in Cabrera, only 20-25 minutes away. Rental will be more expensive, but worth it, in my opinion. If they ask for more than what is stated, in Nagua, they saw you coming!!!
