Palapa Beach Hotel in Las Terrenas

Has anyone been here? We just booked a room (had to wire money directly into a bank account from the US)-- I can't find much information other than their website.

Would love any feedback!

You're lucky:
It does exist....
It's just across the street (East end of Las Terrenas going out to Portillo /El Limón) at Punta Poppy Beach.
It used to be called Castello Beach Hotel.

The beach (Playa Punta Popy) is really nice, great place to go swimming.

The beach right in front of the hotel is very nice, and the food at their beach bar and at the place right next to it, Playa Grecia, is very good.

We've stayed there three times with our family and have really enjoyed it. Clean, friendly, and the beach is great, too.
