One last input....LG is much less of a crime spot. Small town, etc. LT can be a bit unruly, not to mention noisy. LT has gotten a rep for street crime where LG is still laid back. Dont miss Rincon, but do not go to Boca Del Diablo. That entrance has a history of holdups even with a local guide. That said, have agreat time!!!

We have a bed and breakfast in Las Galeras - Casa Dorado :: Las Galeras We also own several boats and do excursions to Playa Rincon, Fronton, snorkeling and fishing if you are interested.
