Hey!, let me know if you ever want solar panels installed in your house. I also wanted to ask you if there is another house for sale next to yours, i might be shopping for one in July.

A ball of butter.
Dont bring around a cloud

Dont tell me not to fly--

Who told you youre allowed
To rain on my parade!"

Sorry if it offended in some way, it wasn't meant to.
All I asked in my PM was that you please not discuss details of our purchase in a public forum ("Do you by any chance know, Squat, why they were selling?")
That's due to several warnings I read in other threads about not divulging too much information here!

I LOVE CFA's suggestion of "don't rain on my parade"!!

Well, I do believe I didn't start this thread which is about..........?? (answers please in a plain brown envelope). I do believe I did not divulge any information. And in answer to those PMing I have none to divulge. I do believe Squat is a wise person and would not divulge anything which didn't ought to be, that is, if he knows anything, which he probably doesn't.

But I will reiterate for the benefit of anyone purchasing in the DR it is always worthwhile finding out why the vendor is selling. Always. I can't think there would be too many experienced in DR RE who don't automatically cover this area.

But because you drew attention to this I am getting PMs of the 'what's the story behind all this?' type. Folks, I don't know. So there is really no point in asking me. Sorry I can't help.

I've just had a lightbulb moment . It's ok to say 'well done' but clearly not ok to pose a question.

Just a question: Dr. Brunck used to be a motivational speaker ? He has the same addiction, say "well done", but don't pose questions.
