You may recall my many posts requesting info for our trip last week to the Samana-
I sincerely thank those of you who generously responded with advice (and you know who you are!) because we fell in love with Las Terrenas and are actually in the process of purchasing a small house!
I will post a complete trip report with pictures over the next few days in the appropriate threads and try to offer as much good advice as I received (although we totally ignored the "rent first for 6 months before you buy!")
