I'm going with a friend for a couple nights and we're looking for a great place but don't want to spend more then around 30 per person per night. Anyone have any hidden gems for us to look into?
GREAT for 30 (dollars US I assume)? Not by my definition of great, but The Bahia View is nice enough for about that and if you get one of the front rooms, the view of the bay is very nice indeed. Maybe even great!
It's a nice clean little budget hotel with a restaurant downstairs, cable TV but no AC (not needed IMHO with the breeze off the bay.)

We are in Las Galeras. We call the main beach in Las Galeras Playa Grande. Maybe I will change our website to "main beach" or playa grande not capitalized. Thanks for pointing that out.
