Hotel Playacolibri is indeed a very good choice, we stayed there several times, it is right on a beautiful beach, full equiped kitchen, nice tropical garden and reasonable prices.

OP is looking for a condo up to $70/night, La Dolce Vita is not in this category. Also, Residence La Dolce Vita, is NOT at Punta Popy, Punta Popy is 1/2 km away.
