Bus from Samana to Punta cana/Puerto Plata

Is this possible? I cant really find any information about it. Im going to Samana for a couple of days, and I think I would like to go to one of the other places also

Punta Cana and Puerta Plata are two different places on opposite sides of the island you know? Or are they two distinct places on your multistop itinerary. Anyways there is no bus that goes from Samana to Punta Cana. There are a few gua guas a day that go to Puerta Plata from Samana but none of them are the nice, big, buy a ticket buses. They are the cram in and hold onto your seat if you can buses and mini buses.

There is are two busses per day at 10am and 2pm leaving from center of Samana park by Popular bank - going to Puerto Plata. This is 2nd hand information so you might want to double check that.

Samana - Punta Cana you would have to go to Santo Domingo first, and catch bus from there to Higuey and from Higuey to Bavaro, I think.

If you are adventurous, you can also take a ferry from Samana to Savana de la Mar
local guagua Savana de la Mar to Hato Mayor
express bus Hato Mayor to Higuey
bus from Higuey to Bavaro/Punta Cana
