is the casino in lt open and are any of the resorts closed???

The Hotel where the casino was closed over a year ago.

There was supposed to be opening a casino/entertainment (bars, show, restaurants)complex in or near Las Terrenas, does anybody know if it ever entered the construction phase? I saw the plans like about a year or two ago.
