info on bahia chiquita or las pascualas

I'm taking my first trip to DR in December. Does anyone have any info about the Bahia Chiquita (bed & breakfast) in Las Pascualas? Reviews on tripadvisor are 2 great, one terrible. I'd also appreciate any info about the road(s) from the new highway to Las Pascualas, and how to get from this B&B to restaurants. (I speak enough Spanish to take a bus or taxi, if available.) Thanks very much!
