Default television schedule

Does anyone know when the events are going to be televised? I'm especially interested in when the field hockey games are going to be broadcast, if they are. Any information regarding the tv schedule in the US, more specifically Southern Califronia, would be VERY much appreciated. Thanks alot!

CBC Canada are supplying the TV feeds for the Games.

Schedules are here: http://www3.cbc.ca/sections/whatson_redux.asp

I have no idea what other networks will be covering the Games. Best to check with your local TV station.

At present, there is no broadcast of the Games scheduled for the American market.

Furthermore - field hockey is not being televised live

While no US networks are carrying the Pan Ams, if you live in a city that has CBC on its cable system you could get some Pan Am coverage that way. I lived in Detroit in 1992 and got some Winter Olympics coverage from north of the border on TSN.

Also, in 1999 one of the Spanish-language cable outlets, I think it was Univision, did carry some Pan Am coverage. Not sure if they're carrying it again this time though.

Univision is not a rightsholder for these Games.

As well, CBC is only carrying 1/2 hour a day of Pan Am Coverage

Are any of the Spanish-language cable outlets rightsholders this year?
