Good luck! I think you will have a problem getting this info. You may be better off talking directly to each team.

Canada just announced its line-up yesterday. even getting info from the teams could be difficult.

p.s. just as a sidenote this is the first i've read or heard-other than on DR1- on concerns about the state of the facilities.
