Looks quite attractive and if it was downtown Miami it would go for probably more than US600 per square or more foot depending on where it was at(like near the ocean).

Nice tower, but the name.... ay.... Lloret de Mar is one of the most overdeveloped ugly resort towns of the Spanish costas....

The tower is in the Paraiso section, clearly visible from the elevated portion of Av. Kennedy with Lincoln.

I can't remember the name of the street the tower is located. However, if you go into Piantini or Paraiso neighborhood(s) from any area along Av. Lincoln. Once your going west from Av Lincoln on the second intersection make a right. Drive all the way to near the end of the road and on your left you will see the main entrance to the Lloret del Mar in a tranquil area.

Or you can drive west on the 27 de Febrero. After the Lincoln Avenue intersection, two blocks away turn right. Drive the entire length of that street until you see the entrance to Lloret del Mar on your left.

When did you arrive?
When did you drive on the "Elevado" of "JFK",and Lincoln? I can't "see" the Tower. Where should I be looking??

This one resembles many apt. buildings here in Washington, DC.
