Remember the argument about Alex playing baseball for the Dominican team a short time ago? I think he could have done so, but I think he probably would have needed to go through the process of getting his DR passport.

I believe that Alex could easily get his Dominican Passport if he wants to since his parents are Dominican. If he has not done so, then he is simply an American citizen from the USA (aka Neuva York) and people should get a grip on that.

Alex is Dominican, even if he wasn't born there, his blood is Dominican, right or wrong. Por ejemplo, (e.g.) Italians call themselves Italian even if they are born inthe US. Unless he's mixed with something else, which he is not. IMO
