Property Evaluation

We are seeking some imput as to where and who to contact for a "real" evaluation on a condo. Have been in touch with our attorney there for a referral but have had not response. This is a time sensitive issue and some advice or options would be appreciated.

AREA???? If you want an 'Official' evaluation you will have to get one from Rentas Internas in the area your condo is situated. An unpfficial (but fairly correct one), you should be able to get from any HONOURABLE realtor!! ~ Grahame.

You can get an appraisal expert from Banco Popular. You can look in the yellow pages under "Tasadores" ...

Thanks - we're in Canada - makes it more difficult. Any suggestions ? Can you PM us with a name or contact info ? It's kind of a "time-sensitive" issue.... we need to move quickly on this. The property is in the Sosua area.

Without trying to be disrespectful, if this is "Time sensitive" & you are trying to do it from "Outside the country" ....... forget it!! You will be screwed royally for the haste & lack of presence here that you appear to be displaying!
