When I was looking for property in Las Terrenas I had very unpleasant dealings with the aforementioned Bruce Pierson of DR Paradise.
Fortunately the seller backed out of that particular sale at the time and I did not buy the property. Unethical, rude and unprofessional.
There are other good, more deserved realtors in the area.

I don't agree. Bruce is an efficient salesman. He gets things done. I would recommend him.

Mike, check with Stefano at Caribbean Way Realty in Las Galeras. (809) 538-0142 He speaks English. He's a straight shooter and seems to be doing well.

I'd recommend Bruce as well. He's probably the guy that has been around for the longest in the samana area. He knows the area very well and best of all he's not your typical DR broker, he wont rush a client into anything without making sure they have all the right info in hand.
