Looking For 1 Year Rental in Sosua or Cabarete

We are searching for a 1 year rental of a villa/house in either the Sosua or Cabarete areas beginning in Oct. 2007. Searching the web we have found nothing but vacation rentals. We would prefer a 4 bedroom property, but are willing to settle for 3 bedrooms. However, we need at least 2 full bathrooms in order to accommodate two couples and two children that are relocating from the U.S. We are visiting the area July 26th - July 30th, 2007. Any suggestions on where to look?
