Looking for Rental Property in Punta Cana / Bavaro

Hi: I am looking for a rental property in Punta Cana/Bavaro area. My requirements are as follows:
6 month rental initially with option to renew, safe/secure building or area, fully functional kitchen and bathroom with shower, laundry facilities, 2 bedroom, furnished, AC, and internet capability.

My budget allows for rent of $500.00 - 700.00 per month. I will be in the area from Sept 16 to 28 to view properties and potentially sign a lease agreement.
