As it is not my project and I have nothing to do with it , besides having general interest only , I would suggest ask about it one of paying DR1 advertiser John Boyter - Boyter Island - Dominican Republic , as he has it listed on his website Boyter Island Properties - Real Estate in the Dominican Republic

BTW it takes time here in DR to remodel plans from 10 floors building planned in 2006 into 26 floors ... just my guess
