it has been recommended to me by a PUCMM professor that I have know for 25 years
looking at buying a villa in DR and saw roko-ki and cap cana last week

Sea Horse Ranch is an upscale oceanfront development on the North Coast outside of Sosua with million dollars homes. You should be able to get plenty on it from a google search. Compared to Cap Cana it is much older and more established. The closest golf course to SHR is Playa Grande which is a top course in my opinion. The surrounding area is the town of Sosua, to the west Cabarete, the winsurfing capital, and to the east POP which has an internaTIONAL airpoirt.
