Default Eliot biz practices

The last time anyone tried to shine some light on the sales practices of this organization (which have implications for construction pace) I suspect the organization threatened dr1.com with legal action.

Therefore I will only suggest that one could search the archives for that last discussion re: the actions of state agencies in the US regarding these "investments."

Default updates to Maxim Bungalow Juan Dolio

Hello. I hear that there is work going on at Juan Dolio Maxim
Bungalows. Is there anyone that can provide me with updates or pictures of what is going on with the Elliott Maxim Bungalows Juan Dolio. Thanks...

Cars have been parked outside for last few days but still no sign of any workmen there. It has been confirmed again that the land next door to Guavaberry beach club (now Casa Espana beach club) is for a new 5 star hotel by Coral Caribe. Still no point in any pictures from Maxim as still no change. Still grass on top of sand that was in the driveway a year ago!!

Hi Matilda,

Is the beach club open only to Casa Espana, and are the Guavaberry property owners allowed in? Thanks.

No idea about Guavaberry owners. I used to go no probs in the week as I was married there. Now no one from Juan Dolio can go unless members of Casa Espana

The watchmen saying this as they work for the same company that provide the service to Coral Costa Caribe . But in reality it was bought by the RE Company Delta from Spain that have bought the whole package of INTUR ( Coral Costa Caribe Resort , Guavaberry Country Club , Coldwell Banker Dominicana etc. ) . Now it's called Delta Intur Corp.

So any idea how we get to use it? It is empty most of the time now and seems a shame as lots of people would even pay to be able to lie on the beach on a lounge chair, and have the use of a bar and restaurant in Villas del MAr, Juan Dolio. As it is you have to lie on the sand and can't even take an umbrella, nor (depending on the security guard) food and drink.

I did ask Guavaberry is we could pay to be 'socios' just for the beach club as I don't fancy the golf bit, but they said you have to have the whole package. So whenever visitors came we would go to Guavaberry Beach Club in the week although we weren't allowed at weekends. Now we are not allowed in at all.
