Am currently pursuing various avenues - it IS a great (and simple) deal - the figures DO stack up well and if you have serious interest I can send you some financial information on the operation of the company at present, along with forecasts for the future. Any potential investor/(silent) partner would of course be able to confirm this independently if desired. Let me know please.......

I think the '30%' referred to here Nudel might also refer to 30% PER ANNUM!! Remember one of my first posts where I said you would have to think in terms of 30% per annum plus for borrowing money here???

Johne, Lambada, Leekiv & I know people that might do a loan at 24% but I presume you like your kneecaps &/or right arm? These might be re-arranged slightly if you default to these guys!!gre:

Good Lord, I'm still struggling to get to grips with 15.
The diffence with my situation though is that I am prepared to put c.3-5 years (depending on interest rate) REPAYMENTS ON DEPOSIT IN CASH WITH THE LENDER, thus guaranteeing there will be no default at all. I'm also prepared to consider profit share, I'm so confident in this project...
Surely we can come to a better arrangement than 30%?

Yes... Encunetro Beach, top of the North Coast, just further down coast from Cabarete Beach, very close to Kite Beach.. world famous venues for annual windsurfing and kitesurfing championships .....
