Default Looking for a rental (long-term) Cabarete/Sosua

Hello,
I am looking for an apartment or house to rent for my family and myself. 2-3 BR, something safe and clean while we look for a home or build (3-6 months, at least). I am available to take occupancy immediately; my wife and kids will arrive in July and need something no later than that. Reasonable rental rates, please!
Thank you. Please send private message or call (829) 297-7175. Andres

Does anyone know what the best place to source rental condo info?
I would like to be conveniently located in the Business center of SD, and by the way what is that area called?
Is there any barrios in this area that i should avoid looking at due to high crime and safety? What is considered a fair price for a 2bedroom 2 bathroom apt.

Check the DR1 Rentals. Building a house in 3 to 6 months is not real unless you already own the land and all papers done, have the approved plans, and have alot of cash. Even then, plan on a year at best.

Regards, Ringo

I gather that you are looking TO RENT your property and are doing some "free" advertising?

Rent or Sale. And it is NOT free advertsting! Nothing in life is free. Paid my dues and will pay my commissions as well. My unit is listed with DR1 as you may note from my website.

Hi Island Treats,

I'm glad that you are a DR1 advertiser. I am also.

But I'll be .... , I can not find your ad in the DR1 rentals or the for sale area. I looked several times. When searching your provided link, I did not see anything referring to DR1.

As a concerned fellow DR1 advertiser, please tell me where to look. You maybe in the wrong area?

Ringo

casa linda - does anybody know what the monthly rental rates are on these? I've submitted online requests for but haven't gotten the info so far.
Thanks for any help.
