As you can see, we have changed the look and feel of the real estate forum.

Go check out La Colonia, the newest golf course development on the north coast.

Right now they are moving a lot of dirt, laying out holes, villa lots etc.
This should be a fantastic addition to the north coast and I'm sure will be very successful!

It's good to see that a lot of investment is going to Puerto Plata and the north coast as a whole, I think the north has more to offer that the east (Punta Cana) the North has a lot of history and different things to do, the east only has sand and sun.

The green is quite restful but I personally preferred the blue. But then I'm one of those people with beginning cataracts so my vision receptors may be different from others............

I agree with those that think the blue skin was better.The dark green horizontal bars in particular very distracting on the reading eyes.

This is about branding. Look at the header (top) it's a golf community being built in Puerto Plata. The color scheme is all part of the theme.

Golf = Green

Congratulations to the people at La Colonia for developing the first golf community on the north coast. It's badly needed and I'm sure will be very successful. Plus the developers are good people with a solid track record.

US$345k including Villa, landscaping and pool, you can't beat that.
