Santiago....anyone have any knowledge on "shared office" buildings

....like in Miami where you are able to essentially have use of a room and telephones etc. for a monthly fee. You get to have an office without having to set everything up "fresh" like you would if you just went out and rented normal office space. I have not seen it but would be interested to know if that is a business anyone has seen in STI.
