Question Info on La Canas

I've seen a lot of listings for condos for sale at La Canas. Can anyone give me any more information about it other than the sales lit? How far is it from town and the beaches? What's the area like around it? Is it mostly investment rentals or are there expats living there too?

I'm not 100% up to date, but the complex is pretty full, mostly with expats, some owners, some renters.
The complex is very well maintained and administrated.
I would guess that the actual distance to the Sosua downtown center is 1 1/2 miles.
They do have some type of free shuttle service for their guests/residents.
The area around it is residential and quiet.
