^^^kashbarker, if you check out azrawlo's profile you will see that he/she registered on Jan 25, posted twice to the forums and has never returned. Not sure if you'll see a response.

Hello. I'm asking if anyone can post some updated pictures of the Juan Dolio Project, and can give us investors some idea of any progress that has taken place in the last few months. Thanks for your help....

Default Going to the March Investor's meeting

Hi,

I am headed down to the resort next Monday and will post an update of what I see while I am there.

I was not planning on going to Juan Dolio since I am bringing my daughter and it is her Spring Break. A trip to a condo that we do not own at is probably not high on her list.

However, I will speak with the owner's who do go and ask them to take pictures to post.

It is my understanding from the latest Owner's update that the project is 60% or more done.

Anyways I just want to point out one thing to everyone. We are in the worse recession and possibly a depression in human history so things are tough all over. From what I have been hearing the Eliotts are making the right moves in trying to keep everything running.

I also attended the NY Times Travel show and met the new general manager. He says the resorts for this and next few months going forward are at 80% or more capacity without very much discounting.

Good news.

I posted my information before and please feel free to contact me.

Met mr. Elliot a couple of days ago here in Juan Dolio while he was having breakfast with a potential investor who he was showing the project.
From what I was told by him he seems to be on the right track now and expects starting soon with the work.

Default Objection to lawsuit filed by ECC

I have filed an objection with the Miami courts to the lawsuit filed by the ECC.

The one BIG objection I have is how James Catledge of Impact Net Worth has hid his involvment in the resorts as if he is an innocent investor.

I created a web page with my objections on it.
