at that rate, you will probably see a deterioration of a building that size, instead of improvement.

Ur right, this is the Miches property, now for sale, b/c the money came from the DMK (attorneys) TRUST that was funded for JD completion. Misappropriation of funds, under investigation. This is an Elliott property, the next ponzi scheme, until SNJD fell.

The entire property is for sale? For how much? Or is this too goofy to even consider because of the legal morass involved?
