cap cana pricing

earlier this year, the prices at cap cana seemed to be high oweing to specualtive buying versus inherent worth

have they become more reasosnable?

how would the price at casa de campo compare to a similar property at cap cana?

I think you'll find Casa de Campo is cheaper. Cap Cana has better beaches, Casa de Campo is a more mature development and has a lot more resales.
