I think the difference is the excellent administration at the Palms. Wish they would take over at Tradewinds as I'm sure it would increase our values. I know of no one here that cares in a positive way about Blissett. Harry, the current administrator here is a puppet of Blissett.

I could not believe how great the place looks. They pay 6% on downpayment and will charge 7% for financing--get your figures straight. I know the developer and his wife--great people. They have been in country 23 years--must be doing something right! Been There

Oh, that is so rude and uneducated! I wish the mods could read this message and kick you out for attacking people so vialently! I am Russian, in Russia right now, where all "the comunists come from", you know, but i like traveling and i live in different parts of the globe because i like doing so. Will you let me and my family in "your" country or you will call us criminals right at the airport? It offended me so much that you call my compatriots "wanted criminals" just because they live abroad and have their, maybe wrong, opinions!

I am sorry that I am so uneducated that I thought all Communists came from Russia. I am so uneducated that I thought there were Communists in China and in Cuba and Korea and Vietnam and more. If you read my words properly you will see that there is no link between the person being a Communist and my suggestion that he could be a wanted criminal. I can explain it again for you. That person complains about life in the Dominican Republic and he talks about how terrible it is. No normal person would stay in a foreign country if he hated it that much unless he had a reason for not returning to his home land. Do you understand now? It has nothing to do with his Communist ways. If you still do not understand you can let me know and I will explain it again.

His username is AK47, so i figured he was russian and your ways of bringing extra unnecessary comments to the interesting discussion made me jump in this thread, sorry about that! As for the person living in the country he calls terrible...hmmm, beats me, may be you know him better, but i checked a couple of his comments and didn't find him hating Dominicana. Well, you know that any country has its problems. If someone choses a certain country and spends 5-10 years there, i presume he loves that country for the most part and tends to express his opinion on something that might be terrible about it... And here comes someone calls him a criminal and so on and so forth. He must be feeling so bad after reading your comments, really! I think we should speak more to the point of Garden condos instead

It is possible that he is Russian but I do not know. I do know that he hates our country and if you read all his previous posts you will know it too. You can read my post again and you will see that I did not call him a criminal. I only told him that there was no need for him to stay here and suffer unless he was a wanted criminal in his home country meaning that he would not be able to go back home for fear of prison and that could explain why he stays here despite his hatred for everything Dominican. You are correct that we should not be going of the subject like this and we should be talking about the condos instead. Pardon me please.

A friend of mine was really interested in purchasing a renovated Gardens condo until her lawyer started the due diligence and found out that he does not have the titles to the Gardens. They are still compiled into the hotel title and have not been individually titled.

And further to the previous post, even with an optimistic date for acquiring the titles, it will not happen for at least a year. Did the agent tell you that? Apparently, the agents aren't telling anyone about the lack of titles and the amount of time that will be required for their acquisition.

Thank you for the information, no time scale was mentioned for the condo receiving its title. For me I think its too much of a risk. Don't want the hassle of chasing up a title.
