where best to advertise?

My mum has a lovely villa in puerto plata, i said, after tennents wrecked it, that once refurbished again i would help advertise for her, i don't know much about DR, so hoping you could help with were to advertise, what market, country etc, if there is a particular forum on here i need to use? i am a newbie

Also any help on getting cheap furniture, generators (they just got pinched!) we have a management team but quotes are coming in so high it's worrying, lets say having we are having a bit of a nightmare with tennants wrecking and leaving the place without notice and then being broke into...restore our faith please, advice help and smiles required and appreciated!
